Virgin Galactic: Is Space Tourism a reality?

Sir Richard Branson's project to send passengers into space is close to reality.

Feeling good as for the past 15 months,  Sir Richard and his team have been working to get the  spaceship finished.   SpaceShip Two program is back on track.

With a resilient group of people around him and a team of engineers working days and nights, the team is looking forward to that historical day when sending people to space will become a reality. Sir Richard is confident that all will go well.  After 10 years in the making Sir Richard said Spaceship Two looks really good, however the commercial spaceflight will be launched only after meticulous testing.
SpaceShip Two will carry six thrill-seekers into a short sub orbital journey. No date has been set for the first commercial flight, with costing  around £174,500each, there is already a list with 700 people said to have signed up for space tourism.
